Improvement Activities Training (Advance)

The training will be separated into 2 parts, theory and practical. The theory will covers the in depth understanding of problem solving techniques and the practical part is for the participants to select a problem (based on existing quality data) and trouble shoot it at actual shopfloor. The techniques that the participants will learn are, the use of statistical tools, 7 steps problem-solving approach, team formation, presentation skills, leadership, process study and many many more.
