Would TMQCSB charge a client for extra consultancy session spent?
No, we do not charge our clients for additional consultancy sessions spent toward ISO certification. We will guide you through the whole process until the company is being certified.
Would TMQCSB charge a client in the event that the company decided to temporary stop the project and resume later?
No, we do not charge our clients when the company request to temporary stop the project. However, when we resume the project, we will start from the stage we stopped and not reverting back to the stage that being completed.
Would TMQCSB charge a client when they request for assistance after certification?
No, unlike others, we do not charge the client when they need our assistance after the company is being certified. However, we would only be able to provide this service through telephone and email. For instance, you may need our assistance on replying audit findings or reviewing your management review minutes. All you need to do is to either call the consultant concerned or email us your report and we will reply you within 3 working days.
