JAS (Jabatan Alam Sekitar) has been sending out notices to all companies on the needs of using e-Consignment Note. It seems like they are enforcing the use of e-Consignment Note. The following is what written in the notice that was sent to one of our client :

One of our client who has attended DOE briefing recently informed us that DOE Malaysia may enforce the implementation of E-Consignment effective from 01, January 2007.
