DOE has revised the regulations of Sewage and Industrial Effluent. This regulation is now split into 2 – Environmental Quality (Sewage) Regulations 2009 and Environmental Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulations 2009. All companies subscribing to these regulations shall make appropriate amendments to the documented procedures.
